Brief Blackboard downtime (Friday 9/11, 7:30 am)
Posted September 10th, 2009 at 1:57 pm.Some Blackboard users have been experiencing problems uploading files via certain versions of the Firefox web browser. This is a known bug, but the good news it that we have a patch to fix the problem.
We need ten minutes of downtime to install this patch. The downtime is scheduled for 7:30am - 7:40am tomorrow (Friday, Sept. 11).
We hope that this brief outage will not inconvenience anyone. Thank you for your patience.
