The server which runs the scanning service for the Ricoh units needs to be turned off for a short amount of time today, Friday, at 5PM in order to perform preventative maintenance. We expect the outage to last no longer than two hours. Ricoh authentication, both via OneCard and typing one’s Bryn Mawr’s credentials, should remain unaffected. Printing and copying functions should also remain unaffected during this outage; only scanning will be unavailable.
