During the month of July, Information Services will be migrating email accounts to new hardware and storage in blocks.
We will be performing this work nightly between midnight and 6:00 a.m. to minimize disruption. We recommend you do not use your email account while your account is migrating, as there is a possibility that open messages may be lost. We will contact email account holders a minimum of one week before your specific account is scheduled to move so that you can plan around this interruption.
You may see an alert when the process is complete. You should not notice any other changes when logging in for the first time after migration.
As mailboxes move to new hardware, your webmail experience is expected to improve. You should see less and less of the spinning blue wheel and better performance overall.
