Vanessa, try right-clicking on the "From" column in the list. This will bring up a longer menu that includes "edit" command.

There is a piece of software that will do what you and many others are asking called Zimbra Toaster. It's been in development and testing, but has known bugs. Amy will be able to say more about where the company is in fixing those and where we are in deploying Toaster.w

Hi,

Can you tell me what the proper server URL is for the new webmail? I imagine it is not simply https://mail.brynmawr.edu, since I have tried it already. I have Zimbra Toaster set up on my PowerBook G4. I can easily view new email and reply back in the dialog pop up. But when I double click to access the Zimbra webmail client, I get a server error message.

Also, the Zimbra desktop client only supports Intel Macs. Is there where the problem lies?

Many thanks.

You cannot delete the default calendar or change the sort order of your calendars. However, I use naming tricks to get the calendars to sort the way I want. Using an underscore: _ or a number in front of a name works pretty well. Ex: "_Primary Calendar" or "01Vacation Planning".

Hope this helps.

A couple questions:

Is there any way to delete or rename the default Calendar in Zimbra?

Can the calendars be reorganized so they aren't listed in alphabetical order?

Thanks.

I was wondering if there's a way to set a preference for highlighting search terms in zimbra (e.g. I search for a name and when i click on one of the messages in the search results that name is highlighted within the message.) can someone tell me how to do this?
