Known Issues
These are known issues with Zimbra that Information Services is already aware of, and working on. Feel free to consult this list, and comment if you have anything to add. “Under Development” means that the company, Zimbra, which built the software is working on resolving the issue in a future release.
Item: There is no option for calendar notifications to appear in separate pop-up browser window rather than a dialog-box within the same browser window.

Item: The printout of Schedule-view doesn’t show which appointments belong to which calendar, it just lists all the appointments in one single list without different colors to demonstrate different or shared calendars.

Item: In IM, many special characters (quote, apostrophe, parentheses, etc.) are not rendering correctly, nor are many emoticons. (This is because IM is in beta-testing.)

Item: When an email that requires you to accept or decline an item is double clicked,
the new window that is created as a result hangs at loading.

Item: When meeting invitations are opened in the Mail view with the reading pane off, the accept and decline buttons do not appear in the message, and the user has to accept or decline in Calendar view.

Item: Inability to add notes columns to task list view.

Item: No warning about whether a tag is in use when it is deleted.

Item: Inability to move from having a calendar tag selected to having no tag selected without refreshing the browser.
